I set up and manage your Google Calendar. If your calendar is disorganized, I'll fix it. If you haven't used one before, I'll build it from scratch. Either way, your family will have a reliable and organized system. 

I track all appointments and activities. Every commitment, like kids' activities, school events, family obligations, and appointments, is logged and organized so you always see the full picture. I also book non-medical appointments for you, so you don't have to spend your lunch break on hold. 

Bill due date tracking with reminders. I keep a running record of your recurring bills and financial due dates and send you timely reminders so nothing is ever late. 

I keep track of home maintenance tasks like HVAC filters, pest control, gutter cleaning, and annual service calls. I remind you when things are due or can schedule the vendor for you, so small issues don't become costly problems. 

Weekly calendar review and adjustments. Every week I look at the coming days and weeks, make any needed updates, flag anything that needs your attention, and confirm everything is in order. 

Each week, I make a personalized summary for every family member. It's a clear, easy-to-read overview of their key events, reminders, and what's coming up. No one has to search through the calendar to know what's happening. 

Each month, I create one custom list for your family. It could be a packing list for a trip, a checklist for a school project, or a list of things to do before the holidays. Whatever you need.

Along with full calendar support, I handle either your weeknight dinner planning or your school lunch and snack planning, whichever helps you most. I create a plan based on your family's preferences, schedule, and dietary needs, and provide an organized grocery list so shopping is easy and complete.

For families who want to hand off the mental load entirely, Deluxe provides comprehensive, behind-the-scenes support for scheduling, meals, and groceries. 

I handle full meal planning for your entire week, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks if you'd like, built around your family's tastes, schedule, and any dietary needs. I then create a complete, organized grocery list and place your online grocery order directly, so groceries arrive without you ever opening an app.

A closet purge is more than decluttering. It's about making it easy to find what you need every time. I come to your home, work through the space step by step, and help you decide what stays, what goes, and how to organize everything. When we're done, I take the donations and drop them off for you, so you don't have to worry about bags piling up. 

Pricing starts at $225 and is based on the size of the space and time required. Local clients only.

Twice a year, your family's wardrobe changes with the seasons. I come in, remove clothes that are out of season, check what still fits, especially for kids, organize what stays, and bring out what you'll need next. I take any donations with me. When you open your closet, everything is in order. 

Many families book both the spring and fall swap at the start of the year so it's already on the calendar. 

$225 for first child plus $50 for each additional child

The back-to-school to-do list seems to appear overnight, and somehow it's always longer than you remembered. I take it off your plate entirely. 

I handle school supply shopping based on each child's list, label everything, set up the new school year calendar with all key dates, build out the after-school activity schedule, and create a communication tracker for teachers and school contacts. You start the year organized instead of scrambling.

Having great food on vacation takes more planning than you might think. I research restaurants and meal options that fit your tastes, make reservations, communicate any dietary needs or special occasions, and create a daily itinerary with backup choices. You'll always know where you're going, and your table will be ready when you arrive. 

Available for weekend getaways and week-long trips.

Skip the gas station food and the vacation grocery run. I plan, shop for, and pack snacks for the car ride plus easy meals for your trip — things like beach lunches, poolside snacks, or whatever fits your destination and schedule. Everything is ready to load before you leave.

A grocery estimate is provided at booking. Grocery costs are billed separately.

This package includes restaurant planning for your destination and a packed cooler for the road. Everything is coordinated with your travel schedule, so nothing gets missed.

I remove duplicate and similar photos, label people so you can search by name, organize pictures by location and event, and archive anything that clutters your library. When we're finished, your photo library will be cleaner, easier to use, and more enjoyable to browse. 

Every photo library is unique, so we'll begin by looking at what you have and what's most important to you. I'll focus on the top priorities first, keep you updated on progress, and let you know what's been done. If your library needs more time, extra hours are available at $75 per hour.

I take care of the whole design process, from choosing the best photos and deciding on the layout to building your book on a platform that fits your vision and budget. Once I know what you want, I'll suggest the best option and give you a quote before we start. 

When the design is ready, I share it with you for review. You can request changes, then place the order directly on the platform, and the book will be shipped to your door.

Your camera roll fills up with hundreds of new photos every month. Without help, those memories can quickly become hard to find. 

As a monthly add-on to any calendar plan, I access your Google Photos library each month and handle everything: sorting new photos into albums, removing duplicates, labeling people, and tagging events. Your library stays organized month after month, and five years from now, you'll actually be able to find what you're looking for.
